New Market Acquisition Coordinator

As our New Market Acquisition Coordinator you will assist with the identification of potential new niche markets (e.g., nurses, sororities, demographics) and support the development and implementation of Beautycounter’s direct to company consultant program. You will also manage the lead conversion outreach activation program.

In addition you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying niche and target markets for Beautycounter (e.g., Genz, teachers, demographic’s etc.)
  • Support with direct to company recruiting digital activation (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Verification process of converted Direct to Company consultants:
    • Verifying DTC consultants upon enrollment (e.g., welcome emails, 1:1s etc.)
    • Reallocate inactive DTC Consultants to identified leaders
    • Reward DTC leads to identified leaders
  • Initiating outreach to Direct to Company Leads
    • Trigger prospect email & follow up
    • Sample activation
    • Coordinating and scheduling calls
  • Managing our DTC B. Direct Facebook Page (e.g., approving participants, strategic posts).
  • Creating DTC assets (e.g., FAQs, flyers, offers, activations)
  • Establishing and maintaining DTC Consultants relationships via email, phone, and in-person
  • Coordinating and arranging cross-functional meetings and events
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations & trainings
  • Creating and maintaining DTC consultant databases (Bio & mailing lists).
  • Tracking DTC analytics and maintain dashboard
  • Providing administrative support


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years project coordinator experience
  • Proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload 
  • Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills 
  • Must be able to work independently and provide multiple solutions to problems 
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
