Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

In this role you will: 

  • Assist with collecting thorough & factual data & information to support the regulatory team and provide support to product development projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate and interact with various departments on regulatory issues and/or strategy.
  • Provide knowledgeable support in both internal and external regulatory inquiries to help ensure compliance.
  • Support the Regulatory Department with project reviews for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and maintain ingredient library.
  • Maintain regulatory documents (hard copies and electronic files).
  • Assist in communicating with regulatory agencies and organizations.
  • Maintain departmental training tools, records, and documentation.
  • Track all departmental projects.
  • Perform raw material and formula database data entry and validation.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Regulatory Product Information File (PIF)/Product Dossier.
  • Provide regulatory audit support.
  • Perform initial review on artwork and marketing collaterals.
  • Help drive process improvement for Regulatory Affairs (RA) department in support of continuous RA process improvement.
  • Perform other appropriate duties or tasks as assigned by Supervisor.


  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a regulatory department or directly related experience
  • At least 1 to 2 years of scientific or technical discipline to perform data collection, extraction and analysis.


  • Bachelor's Degree required, prefer degree in a related field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science)


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, set priorities and juggle multiple projects without compromising quality.  
  • Take notes and communicate proficiently and effectively in a meeting setting. 
  • Must take directions well and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, social, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
