Creative Project Manager (Digital, Social)

The Creative Project Manager, Social handles the schedules, budgets, and other logistics for all work being created by the brand creative & marketing team. She/he is responsible for partnering with a team of individuals across the company to deliver excellent results for the brand and business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage several social projects concurrently, clearly communicating schedules and expectations to teams and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Oversee creative projects relating to social campaigns and social assets tied to product launches and company initiatives.
  • Serve as the lead contact for all internal stakeholders regarding project activities and establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Identify appropriate project strategies that match product and market goals
  • Contribute to creating Beautycounter processes with a focus on creative excellence
  • Have high visibility within the organization and provide regular updates to all project stakeholders, including executive team, on the status and progress of all projects
  • Communication includes: project schedules, meeting minutes, daily and/or weekly updates, and any status information needed
  • Define key project constraints for social, such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks and clearly communicate roles, expectations and accountabilities to team members on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for creative and approval of project budget (if appropriate)
  • Liaise with functional managers or stakeholders as needed to ensure project goals are achieved and work with management to resolve resource gaps.
  • Motivate cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and efficiently
  • Emulate brand values and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 4 years project management experience, preferably in creative field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in social
  • Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Airtable. Wrike proficiency a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload
  • Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Must be able to work independently and provide multiple solutions to problems
  • Demonstrate strong team work qualities as well as possess the ability to lead by example
  • High energy level, personal productivity, creativity and commitment
