Associate Manager, Consultant Acquisition and Retention

The ideal candidate will assist the Consultant Acquisition & Retention team with daily tasks, projects, research, and administrative work. This role will be an integral piece in helping our Consultants receive all recognition, communication and gifts, in a cohesive timely manner through multiple platforms.

This role is responsible for sourcing gifts, awards and branded items for Consultant recognition purposes as well as items for sale at all company events. The Associate Manager will work closely with the Sr. Director, Consultant Acquisition and Rention on strategy execution and operations on procurement of branded items as well as Beautycounter products, and with the Branding and Creative teams on look, design, messaging and branding.

To be successful in this role you must be able to:

  • Execute all aspects of the Consultant recognition program (BC Celebrates) including sourcing and selection of all gifts and branded items, administration of all recognition communication and management of gift/award distribution.
  • Partner with the Branding of ensuring a consistent look and tome in all recognition items/messaging.
  • Work with outside vendors for the procurement of printed materials, recognition awards, sales incentive and swag items.
  • Partner with the Field Development team to ensure all recognition is aligned with incentives and the compensation plan.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and the Creative team ensuring the communication/marketing of the program is motivational, engaging and informative.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the program on a quarterly basis and makes recommendations on modifications when applicable.

Preferred experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years of related work- sales, marketing, other
  • Experience with Direct Sales a plus
