Sr. Director, Consultant Acquisition & Retention

Our consultants are one channel of Beautycounter's omni channel business model. We have 35,000+ Consultants who share our mission and products through peer to peer selling and are our largest revenue driver for the company. We see them as educators and advocates for our movement.

Do you want to help lead the future of Beautycounterís consultant channel? We are looking for an experienced leader to help define the future of this already successful revenue channel.

As our Sr. Director, Consultant Acquisition & Retention you will:

  • Be responsible for the acquisition strategy of our consultant channel
  • Define and develop new ways of acquiring Consultants, including new outreach, targeting specific audiences & demographics
  • Identify and drive new consultant acquisition strategies
  • Oversee Event Strategy and team for the Consultant channel
  • Oversee recognition and retention program for the Consultant channel

You will have:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in direct sales recruiting including building and leading sales teams
  • Experience designing recognition programs
  • Strategy development for new audience acquisition
  • Event Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
